Description: Plaintiff was driving through a green light when she hit a police car that had gone through a red light. To cover it up, Plaintiff was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree (PL ß120.20), Criminal Mischief Fourth Degree (Penal Law ß145.00),Reckless Driving (VTL ß1212) and Leaving the Scene of an Accident without Reporting/Personal Injury/Misdemeanor (VTL ß600.2-A). The DA later dismissed the case during the trial.
