Description: On May 18, 2013, at approximately 8:15 p.m., plaintiff had called the police after getting into a verbal dispute with his landlord. NYPD Officers Jude Gebhart and Sonia Christian responded. When Officer Christian was rude to plaintiff, plaintiff asked to speak with Officer Gebhart, at which time Officer Christian cursed at plaintiff.
