Description: On February 3, 2012, plaintiff was walking along Bainbridge Street, between Malcolm X Boulevard and Patchen Avenue, Brooklyn, having just purchased a soda from a nearby convenience store. Plaintiff noticed a police van following her. As the van drew nearer, a male from inside the van yelled, "Yo, son, come here!" The van stopped, defendants exited the vehicle and surrounded plaintiff. Clerge demanded to see plaintiff's ID. Clerge insisted plaintiff tell him what was inside the bag she was carrying. Plaintiff showed the soda she bought.
