Description: On February 3, 2012, plaintiff was walking along Bainbridge Street, between Malcolm X Boulevard and Patchen Avenue, Brooklyn, having just purchased a soda from a nearby convenience store. Plaintiff noticed a police van following her. As the van drew nearer, a male from inside the van yelled, "Yo, son, come here!" The van stopped, defendants exited the vehicle and surrounded plaintiff.
