Complaint
Description: On or about July 3, 3019, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by the defendant PO including PO Dominick Heugas without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendant POs stopped their police van in front of the plaintiff's vehicle and jumped out. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes and illegally searched the plaintiff. The plaintiff was then handcuffed in an excessively tight fashion. The plaintiff was then taken to the 45th Precinct before being transported to the Bronx County Central Booking where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed and searched again and detained.
