Description: On June 7, 2019, Plaintiff ADELAIDE BROWN was illegally stopped, searched, detained and subjected to excessive force by defendants NYPD Officer Robert Greco, NYPD Officer Emmanuel Guerrero, NYPD Officer Hector Rodriguez, NYPD Officer Kevin Crosby, NYPD Officer John Doe, and NYPD Officer John Roe. Plaintiff was arrested by defendants without cause or justification. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges were dropped in Plaintiff's favor. Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.
