Description: On June 7, 2019, Plaintiff ADELAIDE BROWN was illegally stopped, searched, detained and subjected to excessive force by defendants NYPD Officer Robert Greco, NYPD Officer Emmanuel Guerrero, NYPD Officer Hector Rodriguez, NYPD Officer Kevin Crosby, NYPD Officer John Doe, and NYPD Officer John Roe.
