Description: On October 22, 2014, Plaintiff was lawfully driving on First Avenue in Manhattan. She made a right turn onto East 96th Street and stopped for traffic. While she was stopped, Defendant Officer Chunkyu Yun approached Plaintiff's vehicle, asked her to roll down her window, and told her that she was not permitted to make a right-hand turn at that time in the day. Officer Yun then told Plaintiff to move her vehicle. Plaintiff continued towards the entrance to FDR Drive, and again stopped due to traffic.
