Description: On November 13, 2013, Plaintiffs called a cab service and were driving through the Bronx. Two Defendant Officers in street clothes approached the vehicle, presented weapons, and tapped on the windows telling the driver to pull over. The driver, against the will of Plaintiff passengers drove away. The cab was then blocked by an NYPD vehicle. The Defendant Officers then forcefully pulled all of the occupants out of the vehicle and place them in handcuffs before being searched. The search yielded one of the Plaintiffs prescription pain medication.
