Description: On September 23, 2015, plaintiff was inside his home, and defendant officers Rosario, Aaeisham, Gibson, and others falsely arrested plaintiff and charged him with murdering a cap driver 2 days earlier. A witness of this murder, chose a photo of another individual from a photo array, but defendant officers indicated to the witness that the wrong photo was chosen, so this witness chose plaintiff's photo.
Plaintiff was handcuffed and taken to the precinct. Defendants officers provided false information to the DA and was detained at Riker's Island in unsafe and unhealthy conditions until January 31, 2018 when he was released and acquitted.

Description: On or about September 28, 2011 Dets. Davie Rodriguez and Robert Henn, PO Christopher Baumann, and retired Dets. John Evans, Anthony Rosario, Cheryle Gilette arrested Plaintiff for an alleged crime. POs illegally searched and seized Plaintiff without a court-authorized arrest or search warrant. POs falsely accused Plaintiff of crimes and caused a malicious prosecution to be initiated against him. As a result Plaintiff was incarcerated for approximately 1,875 days until his acquittal on November 14, 2016.
