Description: On July 25, 2015 at approximately 5:40 am, Plaintiff was arrested without probable cause by Police Officer George Annarella, Police Officer Michael Ricketts, and four John Doe police officers. Defendant police officers prosecuted plaintiff without probable cause or justification, with malice, bad faith, and deliberate indifference to Plaintiff's rights, causing Plaintiff to be incarcerated for approximately five days. This resulted in significant, severe, painful and permanent personal injuries, physical injuries, psychological and emotional suffering, humiliation and embarrassment, all of which continue to present day.
