Description: On May 28, 2019, Plaintiffs Johnny Merizalde and Raymond Pastrana were working for Plaintiff Xtreme. Xtreme is a towing/impound company. Plaintifs Merizalde and Pastrana went to a commercial property to tow an illegally parked car when Sgt Edilio Cruz and Officer "John Doe" approached and began yelling at them from their police vehicle. Merizalde was arrested and spent over 24 hours in police custody amd was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.

Description: On January 13, 2018 at approximately 1:00pm, Plaintiff Miles Sutton was walking on Beach 20th Street near Cornaga Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens when he was unlawfully stopped, questioned and then arrested, by NYPD officer JOSEPH FERRIGNO (shield #15647), SGT. EDELIO CRUZ, DET. "JOHN" SHELLS, and one unidentified officer who then transported Plaintiff to 4020 Beach Channel Drive in Far Rockaway for a line up. Description: On May 25, 2012, Plaintiff James Goldring possessed two unlicensed rifles and one unlicensed shotgun. He accidentally shot his 4 year old. He alleges that NYPD police officers unlawfully searched his premises and destroyed items when he had not consented. Subsequently in July, NYPD Officers Gonzalez, Hospedales, Perullo, Rivera, Ripa, Stallone, Cruz, Kerny, and Post harassed him, his customers, and his business by issuing a large number of minor or nonexistent violations.
