Description: On May 10, 2013, Plaintiff was walking to the grocery store when plain clothes Defendant Officer Rodriguez and several others slammed him to the ground injuring Plaintiff. Plaintiff asked what he did and he was told he was being arrested for possession. Plaintiff was arrested, taken to the precinct, strip searched. Plaintiff needed to request medical attention for his back which was injured during the arrest. Plaintiff also could not make bail so he spent a week inn the "Tombs" before being released and all charges were dropped.

Description: On August 11, 2012, Plaintiff Othoniel Holguin was lawfully present on a street in Manhattan and spoke briefly with an acquaintance that he had run into, when the Defendant NYPD Officers drove up in an unmarked police van and forcibly searched Plaintiff's person three to four times.
