Description: On November 2, 2015, Serena May (plaintiff) was lawfully present at a premises in NY. The plaintiff was assaulted and battered knowingly, intentionally and willfully by Officers Robert Edwards and John Does (defendants) who were employees of the city of NY. The plaintiff has suffered emotional and physical trauma. The conduct was without probable cause or justification and the prosecution was initiated in bad faith.
