Description: On September 25, 2023, Plaintiff was was lawfully at or about the premises located at 337 E. 138th Street when he was approached and assaulted by Defendants- Police officer Jonathan R. Torres, Police officer William Pacheco-Cuzco and unnamed John Doe officers. Plaintiff was punched and tased until he reached the point of unconsciousness. The Plaintiff was taken to the ground face down, handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff was later transferred to Lincoln Hospital for treatment. The complaint does not elaborate as to the arrest charges against Plaintiff but attest that it was conducted without probable cause nor reasonable grounds.
