Description: On July 5, 2019, plaintiff was cleaning up a block party with her family and several others in the neighborhood when officers blocked off the street, boxed in the family, and began arresting everyone present. When plaintiff tried to tell officers they were seizing her minor brother, officers grabbed plaintiff and threw her face-first onto a parked vehicle. Denying her needed medical attention, officers then transported plaintiff to the precinct. At the precinct, an officer subjected plaintiff to an inappropriate body cavity search that included fondling and digital penetration.
