Description: On January 2, 2018, while lawfully inside his home at 137-32 169th Street in Queens, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully approached, assaulted, battered, arrested, and detained by the defendants, including Daniel Decario, Komoroski, and Pistone, in an excessive manner and without legal justification. The defendants entered the plaintiff's home without consent, a search warrant, or any legal authority. They told the plaintiff he was under arrest and had to go to the precinct, ignoring his physical disability resulting from a previous work injury. The defendants forcibly pushed the plaintiff to the floor, physically restrained him, and applied both handcuffs and ankle cuffs. They then picked him up by the restraints...
