Description: On or about May 5, 2022, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by the defendant PO including POs Mohamed Islam, Matthew Grieve and Karen Zhao without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes illegally searched the plaintiff. The plaintiff's hands were then contorted behind his back and then handcuffed in an excessively tight fashion. The plaintiff was then taken to the 28th Precinct before being transported to the New York County Central Booking where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed and searched again and detained for six days.
