Description: On July 5, 2016, Plaintiff was lawfully present at Kings County Hospital. Afterwards, Plaintiff was falsely arrested by NYPD Officer Defendants without probable cause, reasonable grounds, or an arrest warrant. As a result, Plaintiff sustained serious personal injuries along with humiliation, shame, indignity, damage to reputation and credit and suffered emotional and physical distress and injuries.
