Description: On April 10, 2013 Plaintiff was walking with his bike on the sidewalk when Defendant Officer Conti approached and asked him for identification. Plaintiff was then struck by the Defendant and placed under arrest. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and held for one hour before being released without being charged.
