Description: On September 6, 2020, while lawfully driving with his two friends after a trip to Rite Aid near Sterling Place and Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully approached, searched, questioned, assaulted, battered, arrested, and detained by the defendants, including Shoeb Siddiqui and John Does 1-10, in an excessive manner and without legal justification. Before the plaintiff's car could cross the intersection, an unmarked van without lights or sirens rammed into the driver's side, causing a crash that deployed the airbags, shattered the windshield, and totaled the car.
