Complaint
Description: On 03/4/2015, plaintiff Marvin David was frisked while in his friend's apartment building by multiple police officers who searched him without probable cause. No drugs or money were recovered from plaintiff. Officers asked for plaintiff's identification. Plaintiff complied. He was then arrested for unlawfully entering the building despite the fact that he was there to meet his friend. He was arrested, and had to appear in court on three occasions before the charges were dismissed.
