Description: On August 25, 2022, Vuktilaj was driving on the left lane of I-895 Southbound Sheridan Boulevard Ramp at or near its intersection with the Exit to Westchester Avenue in the Bronx. Defendant officers Clarke and Thooho were operating a Toyota motor vehicle, when suddenly said Defendants sideswiped the right side of Vuktilaj's vehicle.
