Description: On January 3, 2022, plaintiff was stopped, detained, battered, assaulted, seized, searched and arrested by the defendants. Before that date, plaintiff's vehicle was stolen and he filed a police report. Defendants made him aware that his vehicle was in their custody and told him that he must come to the precinct for his vehicle to be returned. Defendants then detained him there and falsely accused him of making a false police report. Defendants then seized plaintiff’s person with their outstretched hands aggressively grabbing him about his head and body before unlawfully searching his person by rifling their hands in and out of plaintiff’s clothing and personal belongings.
