Complaint
Description: On April 14, 2019, Defendant Officer Florenc Dacaj and Officers John Doe falsely arrested Plaintiff without probable cause or legal justification. At no time did Plaintiff violate the law or commit a crime. Defendants threw Plaintiff against a wall, kneed his back, and wrestled him to the floor, causing severe bruising. Defendants handcuffed Plaintiff in an excessively tight manner and refused to loosen the handcuffs when Plaintiff complained they were hurting him. Plaintiff suffered a severe asthma attack as a result of the stress and trauma as well as pain and lacerations to his wrists from the handcuffs. Plaintiff was transported via ambulance to the hospital where he received treatment for the asthma attack...
