Complaint
Description: On or about January 8th, 2019, Plaintiffs were lawfully present on the intersection of 169th Street and Broadway when he was approached by PO Jeffery Mota, PO Bramlin Rosa, and PO "John Doe" of the NYPD. Plaintiffs were assaulted and battered with metal batons by PO's. Plaintiffs were then handcuffed and placed under arrest. Plaintiffs were then transported to the local precinct. Due to the severity of injuries sustained during their arrest, Plaintiffs were transported to Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital. After having their injuries tended to, Plaintiffs were transported back to the precinct.
