Description: On February 4, 2016 at and around Plaintiff's home Plaintiff was assaulted and battered by POs Brian Granshaw and John Doe without legal justification. Plaintiff was wrongfully imprisoned and maliciously charged with possession of stolen property via a charging instrument falsely provided by PO Granshaw. Plaintiff's charge was ultimately dismissed on March 31, 2016. As a result of this incident Plaintiff suffered personal injuries, violation of civil rights, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, anguish, anxiety, fear, humiliation, loss of freedom, and damage to his reputation.
