Description: On September 4, 2015 Detective Corinne Maclennan approach the plaintiff outside of his residence. Plaintiff was the victim of a shooting by an unknown perpetrator that he had already told Detective Maclennan he could not identify. Detective Maclennan searched the defendant, did not find anything, and placed him in a police vehicle without telling the plaintiff why he was under arrest. Detective Terrell then interviewed the plaintiff about the identity of his shooter at the precinct after he was detained and tried to coerce him into identifying Pedro Hernandez as his shooter.
