Description: On September 4, 2015 Detective Corinne Maclennan approach the plaintiff outside of his residence. Plaintiff was the victim of a shooting by an unknown perpetrator that he had already told Detective Maclennan he could not identify. Detective Maclennan searched the defendant, did not find anything, and placed him in a police vehicle without telling the plaintiff why he was under arrest. Detective Terrell then interviewed the plaintiff about the identity of his shooter at the precinct after he was detained and tried to coerce him into identifying Pedro Hernandez as his shooter. Description: On March 1, 2012, defendant NYPD officer Corinne Maclennan and another defendant NYPD officer violently seized, assaulted, and forcefully and fiercely struck and shoved the plaintiff causing physical and emotional injuries. Defendant NYPD officer Corinne Maclennan and another defendant NYPD officer unreasonably searched and arrested the plaintiff without probable cause and without informing him of his Miranda Rights. As a result of these events, plaintiff suffered physical and mental pain and injury, including bodily injury in and about his head, neck, back, body and limbs, and injury to character and reputation.
