Description: On November 8, 2013, plaintiff and his school-mate entered the NYC Transit Authority 4/5/6 subway line at Brooklyn Bridge, in Manhattan, NY, passing through the turnstile having utilized their aforementioned NYC BoE issued metro-cards.
