Description: On or about May 29, 2014, Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Pennsylvania Avenue and Sutter Avenue in Brooklyn. Plaintiff was accosted by NYPD Officer Christopher Dellavalle and several unidentified police officers. Without probable cause, they questioned Plaintiff, handcuffed him so tightly as to cause lacerations, and arrested him. After Plaintiff was handcuffed, several officers began violently assaulting him. They kicked Plaintiff’s legs out from under him, causing him to fall to the ground, brutally kicked him in the legs, and stomped on his left foot, causing it to break in 3 places.
