Description: On October 7, 2022, Plaintiff—a minor at the time—was lawfully present inside his house when he looked out his window to see a 3rd party stranger attempting to steal Plaintiff’s bicycle. Plaintiff went outside to tell the 3rd party to get off his bike and leave the location, to which the 3rd party responded by pointing a screwdriver at Plaintiff, threatening him, and telling him “this is my bike now.” Then, the 3rd party got off the bike and attacked Plaintiff.
