Description: On or about April 17, 2014 at about 9:00 am, Plaintiff was sleeping in his mother's apartment in Washington Heights, and about half a dozen plain clothed officers came in with a barrage of violent sounds. The police officers grabbed Plaintiff by the arm, ripped him out of bed, and threw him to the ground. Several officers, including Officers Monserrate Badillo, Michael Leclair, Billy Acosta, and Jack Palimeni punched Plaintiff in the ribs and back, grabbing and twisting his arms and legs and choking him while yelling obscenities.
