Description: Plaintiff was smoking a cigarette on the street outside and when walking back to the restaurant, Defendant Officers pulled up in a SUV with their guns drawn. The Defendant Officers pushed Plaintiff against the wall and handcuffed him before taking him to the 28th Precinct where he was strip searched. Plaintiff was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in or near school grounds. Bail was set for Plaintiff and was supposed to be reduced to one dollar, but this was never done. Case was eventually dismissed.
