Description: On June 17, 2020, Plaintiff Alfredo Dallas was approached and was assaulted and battered by Defendant Police Officers Donte Merson and John Does when Plaintiff was lawfully present at or about Fulton Street. The assault and battery consisted of being pushed, grabbed, had his arms violently twisted and was forcefully placed in handcuffs. While in handcuffs, Plaintiff was beaten by the officers.
