Description: On June 3, 2020, at approximately 8:00 p.m., in the vicinity of the building located at 2258 Grand Avenue in Bronx County, Plaintiff William Jones was illegally targeted because of his race, religion, national origin or other improper characteristic for adverse police action by Defendant NYPD Police Officers, including John Marrero. Plaintiff was traveling to his place of employment as an essential worker when Defendants accused him of being out after curfew, searched his pockets, and accused him of public intoxication.
