Description: On August 6, 2025, Detective Michael Rakebrandt and PO John Does unlawfully entered plaintiff's residence through a bedroom window. Upon entering the premises Detective Rakebrandt and POs accosted Plaintiff and arrested him. Plaintiff was released on August 7, 2025 after the District Attorney declined to prosecute him.
