Description: On June 3, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully present on the street when Defendant Officers Grace Roserotapia, Charles Odekirk, and John or Jane Doe 1-10 approached Plaintiff, grabbed him, and began searching through Plaintiff's pockets without any legal basis to do so. Defendant Officers told Plaintiff he was in violation of curfew and to go home, to which Plaintiff responded that he was homeless. Defendant Officers punched Plaintiff in the stomach, smashed Plaintiff's face into a wall, and slammed Plaintiff to the ground without Plaintiff's consent. Defendant Officers handcuffed Plaintiff's hands behind his back in an excessively tight fashion, which resulted in Plaintiff's wrists sustaining contusions, swelling, a...
