Description: On May 31, 2022 plaintiff was lawfully at 140th St and Lenox Ave, NY, NY. Defendants without provocation, willfully assaulted and battered plaintiff, resulting in plaintiff sustaining injuries. Defendants accused plaintiff of having committed crimes and arrested plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to a NY police station and NY Central Booking, and interrogated. Plaintiff was prosecuted for crimes he did not commit. The prosecution was eventually dismissed.
