Description: On October 14, 2019, Plaintiff was at 520 W. 126 St, NY, NY. Defendants arrested and detained Plaintiff. A Defendant supervisor was present on the scene and did not stop Plaintiff's arrest. Earlier on September 30, 2019, Plaintiff reported to police he was a victim of an assault inside the location, showed his injuries, invited them to view video supporting his claim, provided witness names, but was ignored. On October 1, 2019, Defendants went to the location and conducted an insufficient investigation. As a result of Defendants' efforts, Defendants sought to arrest Plaintiff.
