Description: On March 31, 2017, Plaintiffs Strong and Rodgers were lawful occupants of the apartment located at 107-16 160th St, Queens, NY. Strong was visibly pregnant. Both Plaintiffs were asleep when a group of 8 to 10 officers, including defendants, equipped with shields and automatic weapons, entered plaintiffs' bedroom, and proceeded to assault and batter both plaintiffs.
