Description: On September 29, 2012, when Plaintiffs were outside their home, they noticed a black car that resembled a black car that had previously been stalking plaintiff Roxroy Hill pulled up in front of their home .The defendant officers all in plain clothes rapidly emerged from the black car with their guns drawn and pointed at plaintiffs. Plaintiff Roxroy ran inside for cover, while Plaintiff Daveion froze on the stairs out of fear. The defendants then instructed plaintiff Daveion to get on the floor started asking him where the gun was, to which he replied that he had no idea.
