Complaint
Description: Plaintiff, a photographer for the daily news, was riding his bike on assignment when a former cop ran over his foot with his car and then tried to hit him. The former cop then tried to tackle Plaintiff and assaulted him. However, police officers arrived at the scene, arrested Plaintiff, and charged him with assault in the second and third degree and criminal mischief in the third degree, which were eventually dismissed.
