Description: On November 17, 2015, plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked and searched by defendant police officers. Plaintiff had just told an undercover officer that he did not possess any drugs nor was he in the business of selling drugs. Nonetheless, the officers grabbed plaintiff from behind and slammed him into a glass window, causing severe injures to plaintiff's chest and face. Plaintiff was falsely arrested and handcuffed too tightly. At the precinct, defendant police officers strip searched plaintiff and falsely accused plaintiff of interfering with an arrest. All charges against plaintiff were dismissed.
