Description: On March 28, 2014, Plaintiff was lawfully within their residence. Defendant officer Turnage and her partner appeared at Plaintiff's residence. The officers were with a woman who entered Plaintiff's residence, even though she had no legal right to enter Plaintiff's residence. When Defendant officer Turnage encountered Plaintiff in Plaintiff's home, Plaintiff was getting his children ready for school. Defendant Turnage asked Plaintiff to step outside. Plaintiff responded that they did not need to leave their home. Defendant Turnage then asked Plaintiff for ID, which Plaintiff stated they did not need to provide because he was within his home.
