Description: On March 30, 2019, Plaintiff Perez contacted the police in regards to a dispute between her and her neighbor, Ms. Vergara. Officers questioned the two women. After the Plaintiff had explained that Ms. Vergara was lying to them, notified them that she had filed a complaint with the police department, and pleaded with them to consider reviewing the security tapes, the Defendants refused to acknowledge her statements and left. An hour later, the Defendants returned to the apartment building because Ms. Vergara had, in the time since the first incident, formally filed a complaint against her.
