Description: On February 3, 2012, Plaintiff was leaving his apartment when several Police Officers including Defendant Officer Pichardo and Contreras, exited their vehicles, handcuffed, and arrested him. After arriving at the precinct Plaintiff was given an invasive cavity search that yielded no contraband. Plaintiff then spent 2 days before being arraigned. Defendant Officer Henry levied false allegations against Plaintiff. Before the grand jury, Defendants Henry and Contreras gave perjurious and misleading testimony, leading to an indictment. The jury would eventually acquit the Plaintiff.
