Description: On February 24, 2012, Plaintiff was approached as he exited a store by two officers and placed under arrest for possession of narcotics. After a pat down found no contraband, Plaintiff was taken to the 67th Precinct, where he was strip searched. Plaintiff was eventually released on February 27, 2012. Several days later Defendant Officer Noel Lawrence called Plaintiff and threatened him. This began a pattern of verbal calls, unwarranted stops and interactions on the street and other illegal activity by Defendant Officer Lawrence. Plaintiff learned during a court appearance on April 4, 2012, that the charges were dismissed on March 12, 2012.
