Description: On January 1, 2018, at approximately 12:10 AM, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, searched, and arrested by NYPD officers, including Officer Garth Merandy, near 625 East 40th Street, Kings County, New York. Despite not committing any crime, Plaintiff was falsely accused of possessing a firearm and a weapon. The officers conducted an illegal search of Plaintiff person and vehicle without probable cause.
