Description: On June 24, 2011 Plaintiff was lawfully present inside his apartment when Sgt. John Toscano, Sgt. Ryan Hughes, and POs John Does 1-10 forcefully and unlawfully entered without legal justification. POs screamed at Plaintiff to get on the ground, which Plaintiff did. POs then placed a gun to Plaintiff's neck without legal justification and despite the fact he was complying.
