Description: On or about June 6th, 2023 Plaintiff was lawfully present on the street when she was approached and assaulted by PO Christopher Stelmach, PO Lester Haynes, PO Roodmyla Oneel, PO James Zebro, and PO's "John and Jane Doe". Although they had committed no crime, Plaintiff was grabbed, thrown to the ground, kicked, thrown against a gate, kneed, and then restrained by having tight handcuffs affixed to their wrists. While in handcuffs, Plaintiff was dragged across the pavement by the PO's. Plaintiff was then taken to the Precinct and detained in a holding cell for a period of time.
