Description: On March 17, 2012 at around 1AM, Defendant Officers Perez, Caron, Layton, and Doe were present and in an unmarked car. Plaintiff was walking with another individual when the Defendant Officers exited their vehcile and ordered Plaintiff and the other individual to “put their hands up”. The Plaintiff complied and was searched by the Defendant Officers. They recovered a knife in the Plaintiff’s back pocket and he was handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff was taken to the 25th Precinct where he was subjected to another search, and he was then taken to Central Booking.
