Description: On April 20, 2010, Sgt. Mark Siley, Det. Alex Munoz, Det. CHristine Sheren, Det. Artiles, Det. Gil, Det. Carui, Det. Sherman, Det. Alumez unlawfully entered Plaintiffs' apartment by breaking the door. POs grabbed Plaintiffs from their beds and cuffed their hands behind their backs with excessively tight handcuffs. POs had their firearms drawn and pointed at Plaintiffs throughout. Plaintiffs requested the handcuffs be loosened but their requests were ignored.
